Per Florida Statute 379401, the Clerk's office is responsible for collecting the fees, fines, and court costs related to Hunting and Fishing Violations. Cases involving hunting and fishing violations are handled by the Clerk's County Criminal/Misdemeanor Division.
Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
