Financial Reporting

The Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller's Finance Department prepares a variety of financial reports. These reports are submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for acceptance into the public record. You will find a list below of each of these reports by fiscal year (October 1 through September 30).

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report 

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is prepared annually by the Financial Reporting Department of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller. This report presents the financial position of the county as a whole as of September 30th of each year. The Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller has been awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 27th consecutive year.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report - Auditor General Version 

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report - Auditor General Version, in addition to the information presented in the report, includes the Compliance Section with Auditor's reports and the Single Audit. The Supporting Financial Statements Section includes each constitutional officer's stand-alone financial statement. This audit report is provided each year to the Auditor General in compliance with Auditor General Rule 10.556(4).
