The Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order 2019-20 In Re: Standards for Access to Electronic Court Documents allows for the viewing of public court records online. You may access the court records without registering to receive general public level of access. However, you may also need to register for the appropriate role as defined in the Administrative Order and outlined below for enhanced access to the court records by completing and returning the Registration Agreement to View Court Records Online Form.
