Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)

The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), is prepared annually by the Financial Reporting Department of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller. This report presents the financial position of the county as a whole as of September 30th of each year. The Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller has been awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 25th consecutive year.

Comprehensive Annual Financial Report - Auditor General Version (CAFR-AG)

The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report - Auditor General Version (CAFR-AG), in addition to the information presented in the CAFR, includes the Compliance Section with Auditor's reports and the Single Audit. The Supporting Financial Statements Section includes each constitutional officer's stand-alone financial statement. This audit report is provided each year to the Auditor General in compliance with Auditor General Rule 10.556(4).
